Unlimited Fat-Burning &
Muscle Toning Workouts.
Come to as many workouts as you want.
Our Bootcamp class is 45-minute in duration and includes High-Intensity Interval Training using bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and other equipment.
The workouts are different each day.
You'll never get bored.
Bootcamp sessions are held indoors at Lake Wildwood Community Center and outdoors at Gateway Park.

Bring a set of dumbbells & a yoga mat.
The dumbbells can be 5,8 or 10 lbs.
All exercises are modified to fit your fitness level.
